Old Cobblers Farm Corn Gluten Meal is a single-ingredient granular meal milled from corn, with 60% protein by weight as its defining specification. Protein is where its value sits: it is a concentrated, plant-derived source of slow-releasing nitrogen that soil microbes break down gradually rather than all at once.

It handles like a dry lawn product. The granular crumb runs cleanly through a broadcast spreader, spreads evenly across established turf, works into vegetable and ornamental beds with a rake, and mixes into a compost pile as a high-protein green layer. Apply in dry conditions and water in lightly afterward.
