Product Description

One-Pass Lawn Feeding, Green-Up and Soil Conditioning

Old Cobblers Farm™ Wicked Growth Total Turf 12-0-7 Lawn Fertilizer with Lime & Iron brings three lawn-care jobs into one bag: feeding, green-up and light soil conditioning. The NPK ratio is 12-0-7 — 12% nitrogen (N) for healthy top growth, 0% phosphorus, and 7% potassium (K) for strong, resilient turf. A portion of the nitrogen is slow-release, so it feeds gradually over several weeks for steady growth and color between applications.

Because it contains no phosphorus, it suits routine feeding of established lawns — including many areas where phosphorus on established turf is restricted (always check your local rules). Added iron supports the deep green color lawns are known for, while pelletized lime helps maintain soil conditions that keep nutrients available to the grass. The result is a simpler lawn routine with fewer separate products.

Where to use it: established residential lawns, landscape and turf areas, and properties with soils that benefit from a maintenance amount of lime.

Key Benefits

Three Jobs, One Bag: Combines feeding, iron green-up and pelletized lime in a single application.

Phosphorus-Free Formula: 0% phosphorus suits established-lawn feeding where P is restricted (check local rules).

Iron for Deep Green: Iron supports chlorophyll and the rich color lawns are known for.

Slow-Release Nitrogen: A portion feeds gradually for steady growth and color between feedings.

Pelletized Lime: Helps maintain soil conditions that support nutrient availability.

Strong, Resilient Turf: 7% potassium supports grass structure and overall lawn resilience.

Simple Spreader Application: Even coverage at about 8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft.

Best Uses

  Established residential lawns

  Landscape and turf areas

Properties with soils that benefit from lime

  Lawn maintenance programs

  Landscapers managing multiple properties

  Homeowners wanting simplified lawn care

Important Notes / Safety

Soil Test First: Always test your soil before applying any fertilizer, especially before relying on the lime component.

Conventional Fertilizer: This is a Wicked Growth product — a conventional/commercial fertilizer, not an organic product.

Iron Stains Hard Surfaces: Iron can stain concrete, pavers, brick and other hardscapes. Sweep stray granules off hard surfaces before watering in.

Apply Smart: Avoid applying to wet foliage during hot midday conditions; water in lightly after applying.

Lime Is a Maintenance Amount: This delivers a maintenance level of lime, not a full liming program — base any major pH correction on a soil test.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep sealed.

Coverage: All coverage estimates assume a single application at the recommended rate.

(We describe how to use the product, not guaranteed results.)

Application Instructions

-All established-lawn uses:: ~8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft (≈ 349 lbs per acre)
Step by step
1. Test your soil first when you can, especially before relying on the lime component.
2. Apply about 8 lbs per 1,000 sq ft.
3. Spread evenly with a broadcast or drop spreader.
4. Sweep stray granules off concrete, pavers and other hard surfaces to avoid iron staining.
5. Water in lightly after applying to move nutrients into the soil.
6. When to apply: every 6–8 weeks from early spring through fall; favor spring and fall for lime benefit.
7. Avoid applying to wet foliage during hot midday conditions.
What not to do
Do not leave granules on hard surfaces (iron staining), do not apply to wet foliage in hot midday heat, and do not exceed the recommended rate.
